Welcome to Truvo (“Truvo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and purchases. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Authorized Yarbo Dealer
Truvo is an independent authorized Yarbo dealer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Truvo is not the manufacturer of the products sold.
Manufacturer warranties, firmware updates, software functionality, mobile applications, and certain repair or replacement services are provided by Yarbo in accordance with Yarbo’s official policies.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, modify specifications, discontinue products, or cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the delivered product.
3. Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Truvo.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel any order;
- limit quantities purchased;
- request additional verification before accepting an order;
- cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other business reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any authorized refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, financing offers, shipping costs, taxes, and availability may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, weather, customs, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or damages.
Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable law upon delivery to the customer or designated recipient.
7. Installation & Setup
Certain products require installation, calibration, software configuration, mapping, and routine maintenance.
Customers are responsible for:
- following all operating instructions;
- maintaining their equipment;
- performing recommended software updates;
- ensuring their property is suitable for product operation.
Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may void warranty coverage.
8. Returns, Replacements & Warranty
We do not offer returns on Yarbo products. Replacements, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are encouraged to review these policies before making a purchase.
9. Product Performance
Yarbo products are designed to operate under a wide variety of conditions but are not guaranteed to perform perfectly in every environment.
Performance may vary based on numerous factors including:
- terrain;
- slopes;
- landscaping;
- weather;
- GPS signal quality;
- obstacles;
- software configuration;
- maintenance;
- customer settings.
Customers acknowledge that robotic outdoor equipment requires proper setup, periodic adjustments, and routine maintenance.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- use products safely and lawfully;
- supervise operation where appropriate;
- maintain their equipment according to manufacturer recommendations;
- promptly report product issues.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, trademarks, and design elements are owned by Truvo or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with website operation;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- upload malicious software;
- violate any applicable laws;
- misuse website content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, property damage, or personal injury arising from:
- use or inability to use the products;
- delays in delivery;
- manufacturer actions;
- software issues;
- GPS interruptions;
- weather conditions;
- customer misuse;
- unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truvo, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
17. Force Majeure
Truvo shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier shortages, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to this website unless otherwise stated.
